Returning a product

You may want to return a product to us for various reasons. Because these reasons can vary, the consequences and procedures will also vary. Below we will explain some situations. (A reason is not mandatory. We will also carry out the relevant measure without a reason).

  • You can revoke the product within a period of fourteen days, after which you must ensure that the product is received by us within fourteen days of the revocation.
  • After revocation, we will refund the full purchase price including delivery costs as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.


  • We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.


  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are withdrawing from the purchase. However, you are not obliged to use this form.

Transport damage or defective product

Does your product have transport damage? Or did you receive a defective product? Please report this as soon as possible. If you report this to us within 14 days, we can still have the delivery service conduct an investigation. Therefore, check your order carefully, preferably immediately upon receipt.

  • If you have received the wrong product from us, we will send you a return label. You can use the label to return the product to us free of charge.
  • After receipt, we will send you the correct product or refund the money.


  • The return must be made within fourteen days of receipt by us.


  • For large and heavy products, you should not return the product immediately. To do this, you must first contact our service department via info@babyhuys.com. This is because these products are not delivered by a parcel service and therefore cannot be returned by a parcel service. Also with these products, any costs involved are for our account, we will refund any costs as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation.

You have received the right product, but it does not meet your expectations?

In this situation you can appeal to the fourteen-day cooling-off period. If you inform us in writing within this period, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. This return is at your risk, and any costs involved are also at your expense.

For large and heavy products, you should not return the product immediately. To do this, you must first contact our service department via info@babyhuys.com This is because these products are not delivered by a parcel service and therefore cannot be returned by a parcel service. For these products too, any costs involved are at your expense. It is also the case that the packaging for this group of products must be as undamaged as possible.

Tips
  • Never return a product without adding your details. We will not be able to find out who the product came from.

  • In case of defects, please add clear information about what is defective.

  • Unstamped or cash on delivery packages will not be accepted by us, but these costs will then be charged to you.

  • We ask you to ensure that the original box is properly packaged so that it arrives to us as undamaged as possible.
