With us you can pay with the following payment methods.

Postpay

Yes, this is possible via our payment partner Klarna. For purchases up to €1,500, you can choose to pay afterwards. For questions about, for example, a payment or a rejected order, you can contact Klarna.

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna by email. You have 30 days to pay. The payment details can be found on the invoice. Via My Klarna you have a complete overview of your invoices and payments.


Why can't I choose the Postpay payment option (Klarna)?

Klarna determines the maximum amount to spend in different ways. If you are purchasing something through Klarna for the first time, the amount to spend may be lower than the cost of the product.

Why is my purchase that I want to pay afterwards (via Klarna) not approved?

Klarna carries out a check on all orders. You can also choose other payment methods such as iDEAL, PayPal, Visa or Mastercard

 

Problems with payment

If you're having trouble making payments, here are some common solutions:

1. Check your payment details:

  • Please ensure that all information entered is correct, such as card number, expiry date and CVV code.
  • Verify that your billing address matches the address on file with your bank.

2. Sufficient balance:

  • Check that there are sufficient funds on your account or credit limit to complete the payment.

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection during the payment process.

4. Browser Issues:

  • Try making the payment in a different browser or clear the cache and cookies of your current browser.

5. Payment method:

  • Try an alternative payment method if possible (e.g. PayPal, iDEAL, credit card, etc.).

6. Bank Restrictions:

  • Contact your bank to check that there are no restrictions or blocks on your card or account

Request invoice

If you would like to request an invoice, you can easily contact our customer service. Follow these steps:

1. Collect contact information:

  • Make sure you have your order number and the date of your purchase to hand.

2. Contact us:

  • Send an email to our customer service at info@babyhuys.com
  • Please clearly state your order number, the date of purchase and that you wish to receive a copy of the invoice in your message.

Our customer service will process your request as quickly as possible and send the invoice to you via email.
