Deliver

By default, the items you order will be delivered to your home. You can choose a different delivery address.

Large/heavy items are placed in front of the threshold by default. We do not deliver or install these large/heavy devices indoors.

What happens if I am not at home?

If a package is offered and you are not at home, you will be notified.

The delivery organization will then try to deliver the package again - usually the next day.

If that does not work, you will receive a message telling you to pick up the package.

The delivery time is indicated for each product on the product page. If the delivery time is empty, the delivery time is 1-3 working days

 

We currently only deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway.
